Hi –
We aren’t able to process a refund because you (or the bank) filed a payment dispute on May 9th. Please call the bank and ask them to remove the dispute. That will show up pretty much instantaneously in our system, so write back to us here once that’s been done. Then, we can check the status and issue a refund from our end.
