  I purchased a resume, which I confused with a resume builder and I’m inquiring if I could be issued a refund.

  You are posting in the support forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com. We don’t sell resumes, and the account you’re using to post here has never bought anything from us. You don’t even own a site on our service.
