  I did not authorize the renewal of this account. This needs to be refunded and canceled.

  Hi –

  Thanks for getting in touch. Please contact the bank and cancel the payment dispute through them directly. Once that has been done we can process the refund from our end. It’s much faster to let us process the refund. It should arrive in ten days. The bank dispute will take months to process.

  Write back once that’s been done and we will issue the refund of $318.00.
