  Hi, I requested a refund but I am yet to get it. I was told it would take 7 to 10 days and it’s more than 10 days now? I need my refund please.

  We processed your refund on 26 June. You can see the receipt with a transaction ID from our payment processor here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  Please follow up with your bank and provide them with that transaction ID so they can check for the refund on their system. If they need a ARN number, let us know and we can send you that via email.
