Refund
-
I just entered wordpress and made my first blog, I was given the impression in the original set up that my domain would be http://www.rosieroberts.com and it isn’t, instead it is http://www.rosieroberts.wordpress.com. I would like a full refund and both blogs deleted please. (I thought i was trying to fix this and ended up making another one which I don’t think I have been charged for, but if I have then I would like a refund for that too) this is not the service I was looking for.
Blog url: http://rosieroberts.wordpress.com/ -
I cannot believe this, somehow you have made my complaint appear as if is coming from another Rosie Roberts who is apparently and illustrator? This is so bad.

That’s the account that you’re currently logged in to WordPress.com as. You might want to check the Website link that you entered at Users -> Personal Settings in your Dashboard.
You of course can’t purchase http://rosieroberts.com/ because it’s already owned by the individual who owns that site.
What you purchased instead was http://rosie-roberts.com/
If we cancel the domain, it can take up to several weeks, and we can’t guarantee that your domain will be available to you again once canceled.
If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it.
Instead, you can move the domain another site, using the Domain Administration tool under Store > Domains, at the bottom of the page.

If you don’t want this domain at all, you can cancel it for a full refund if you purchased it within the last two days.
To cancel the domain, go to Store > Domains in your dashboard. Locate the domain you want to cancel in the list, and click on the Cancel button next to it.
This cannot be undone, so please follow the on-screen instructions carefully before you confirm the cancellation.
