  Hello, I can see in my payment history that the money has been returned. However, I have a problem, I added a credit card to my account, but I did the transfer for the premium plan by bank transfer, what is the return to the card or account?

  Hi there,

  Refunds are always made to the same payment method used for the original payment. So if you paid via direct transfer in one of the countries where we support that method, the payment should be returned to your bank account.

  This can take up to ten business days, and that depends on processing times at your bank itself.
