    I need to cancel my order and get a refund. I just created the website but i changed my mind

    Hi there,

    What upgrade, for which site, do you want a refund on? The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites hosted with us, and have never bought any upgrades from us.

    If you’re referring to moorenaturaljade.com which is connected to your account via the Jetpack plugin, that site is hosted at Bluehost.com, and they’re the ones you’re paying for it. So please contact Bluehost support directly to cancel your hosting plan with them.
