    Because I am so frustrated with your service I have made an error to my first demand.
    My demand is:
    I can not get into my site for which I have paid for in advance. after numerous response from non-qualified people, you inform me via email that you have sacked a person dealing with this. (this has nothing to do with me! this your problem not mine. I just want my website. It does not make me feel good that you sack someone on my behalf ‘Fucking crazy’

    The fact that I can see my website and I can not do anything with it is so annoying. You leave me no option but to cancel this website and I ask for a refund.

    Do not create duplicate threads, it’s making things more difficult. Just stick at your initial thread and do as a Staff member told you, https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/website-1164/.
    I don’t know where you got the idea someone got sacked, but kokkieh protected you from people who take disavantage of people who need help and prevented your site from being hacked by those people.
