  Howdy,

  I’m seeing a purchase of WordPress.com Premium made on 9-15-20 and a refund processed that same day.

  Often when a purchase and refund happen that closely together, the charge isn’t actually refunded, it is just canceled as if it never happened.

  Can you double check with your bank to make sure this is not what happened here?
