  Hi, I am still waiting for my refund please.

  Hi there,

  I can see we issued a refund a week ago. You can see a receipt for the refund here:

  Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.

  I have not received it as yet as not showing in my bank, however the domain refund was returned quite quickly.

  Hello,

  Refunds typically show up within 24-72 hours. Though they can take up to 7-10 days and in rare cases, longer.

  I’m seeing a purchase made 2020-10-30 and then a refund requested/processed that same day. Often when purchases and refunds happen in quick succession, banks simply cancel out the charge as if it never happened. So you won’t see a refund because the charge will also not be reflected on your account.

  The domain purchase was made on 2020-10-27 and refunded on 2020-10-30. So that would account for why it was processed as a refund rather than a cancellation.

  I would encourage you to check with your financial institution and see if that is the situation here.
