Refund

    Hi there,
    I need a refund for the year 2021 since I don’t want to keep my domain/site this year. How can I go about this? It was only renewed yesterday and I didn’t have time to cancel it before the money was taken out.

    Howdy,

    I’m seeing a refund as having been processed on 12-31-20. So you should be all set. Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up withing 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.
