I was charged 3 times for 1 transaction on December 15th 2020 and only received one refund. Can you please help?

If the info you have is not a match for what we show in our system, then a contact form will appear that will allow you send a direct message to our billing support team, and from there they will reach out to you directly via email.

After a closer look, I see that aisuessence.com is a self-hosted site (on Bluehost) and using WooCommerce. You are referring to charges made on your WooCommerce account, which I was not able to see right away since this is the support forum for WordPress.com sites.
