  I can only get help if I log in but my account was deactivated years ago!! So I have to create a new account just to get support cancelling and refunding an old account?? Please help me!!

  The transaction was found but I did not authorize this. I cancelled the account years ago. Please cancel and refund me $99.

  You can cancel and refund this charge at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  And, if you want to close the account, you can by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/close-account/
