  I was supposed to be issued a refund it’s past 10 days now if not more than two weeks

  Hi @charliesbyrayah, I can see this refund was processed quite a while ago. Have you checked in with your bank yet to see why it’s not showing? We can provide an ARN if they need to trace the refund.
