    Hi there! My website renewed and so I cancelled it and was expecting 2 refunds but nothing has come through and that was about a month ago – could someone help please :) (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi there,

    I can confirm that you have cancelled the WordPress.com Personal Plan and your domain (cookbookbabe.com) on 3/9/2021 and can see a receipt confirming this refund here:  https://wordpress.com/me/billing

    To clarify I see the refund is for £51.00 which is a single amount that includes the plan (£36.00) and the domain (£15.00) in a single transaction, so there would not be two renewals in this case.

    I also see that you payed with funds from your PayPal account, and that we refunded the money directly back to that account without issue. So from that standpoint you should see a record of this in your PayPal account. If you do not see it there please let us know.
