Refund

    Hi,

    I cancelled a personal WordPress account and I am due a refund. I’ve had notification that it has been cancelled and that a refund is due but it has been almost a month and the money has not been returned.
    How do I go about following on this to get it looked into and actioned please?

    Your refund was sent on March 29.

    Since this was sent the same day as the purchase, your credit card provider likely processed it as a reversal, meaning the original charge would have simply been removed.

    Would you please check that?
