  I asked for a downgrade of my site and a refund 3 days back.

  Only for me to get a withdrawal that I didn’t do on my registered card details.

  Why am I getting debited again instead of being refunded my money?

  The refund was sent on May 7.

  Depending on your credit card provider, it may take up to 10 days for the credit to appear on your statement.

  Since the refund was sent the same day as the charge, it’s also possible that your credit card provider may process it as a reversal, meaning they may simply remove the charge.

  I was refunded about 60 minutes ago.

  And then, I was debited again.

  I wish I could send an image of it.
