  I am due a refund from WordPress but still haven’t received it. It has been so over a month!

  The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  The refund was sent May 23.

  Since it was sent the day of the charge, your credit card provider may have processed it as a reversal, meaning the original charge may have simply been removed.

  They haven’t reversed any payments. The money was taken out of my account.

  I have also spoke with the bank and can see money was taken out , but nothing has been refunded.

  Please look into this

  Every bit of information we have shows this refund as having been successfully processed. The money is gone form our end and should be back in your account.

  I would encourage you to ask your bank “What’s going on here?” again.

  They have explained the payment did not go through. You will need to cancel the refund and reprocess.

  The bank did not hold this payment I can see from my account

  Hi there,

  I see that this payment was done through PayPal. Have you contacted them? Maybe the refund is still in your PayPal balance.
