  Greeting,

  I bought a Premium account for 96€ for my website but I decided to canceled it within the time greated by WordPress to ask for a full refund. I only received a refund of 78€. Is it normal and if yes, why please?

  Hi there,

  I see that the 18 Euros were not refunded because you started a domain transfer and didn’t cancel it until later. I see that you’ve now canceled everything so I’ve refunded the remaining amount. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing
