  I have requested for a refund on the 18th of July. I received the refund on the next day but immediately after that WordPress deducted the same amount of money with the same purchase code on the 18th of July. Im inquiring to know if this is a normal process or if there was anything wrong with the process,

  Hi there,

  I checked your account and we processed the refund back to you on 7/18 – we released the funds back to your bank and they are no longer with us. I would contact your bank about this. Sometimes, they are able to see pending transactions that you do not see on your end. Also, depending on your bank and the country in which you reside, the refund could take longer. Please reach out to them and let us know what you find out.
