  I need a refund for my yearly WordPress Business Plan, which was renewed just weeks ago. I have read the settings, but still need to find the refund section. Has anybody contacted WordPress through a phone number before?

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  Hm, that’s odd, the refund wasn’t sent after canceling, I’m sorry about that!

  I have sent the refund now, and depending on your credit card provider, it can take up to 10 days to appear on your statement.

  We don’t have that specific info available to us, but it was sent to the card that was charged.
