  Hi, I have applied for a refund as I cancelled subscription and no longer require due to University class been over. I have still not received the refund and it has been over 1 month.

  Your refund was sent on July 1.

  According to the transaction record from your credit card provider, it was processed as a reversal, meaning the original charge should have simply been removed.
