  I cancelled my account three days after setting it up to make sure I got my refund. How come I didn’t get it?

  Hi there!

  While you canceled your plan the same day you purchased it, the domain was canceled on August 10, that’s after the refund window for domain registrations.
  Because the price of the domain extension you chose is actually higher than the plan, there is no difference to be refunded.

  If you prefer, we can restore your domain so you can keep using it here (in that case, we can also restore the Premium plan) or map it to a site hosted elsewhere.
