  refund. I cancelled my plan and not received refund. could you let me know when i will be receiving that refund

  I have no current plans, but have still been charged by wordpress – the help pages are useless to me as no plans show up in my account to cancel! how can I stop future charges and get a refund – and ideally get through to wordpress for support on this? help is hugely appreciated. thank you.

  @m4376613 Hi there! Your plan cancellation was made outside our plan refund period. Thus, no refund will be issued in this case, unfortunately. Please let us know should you have any further questions.

  @ejolls I can confirm that your account has active paid subscriptions, so you should be able to view and manage them by visiting https://wordpress.com/me/purchases. If you would like to cancel your subscriptions, please follow the steps provided here.
