This is a formal request for a full refund for the domain I purchased for approximately $40, including taxes, for a two-year term. The purchase was made less than 14 days ago and therefore falls within your standard refund window.
Due to changes in my voluntary operational framework, I am no longer permitted to engage in website development or related public-facing projects. As such, this domain is no longer needed, and I am invoking my right to a full refund.
Navigating your platform to access basic support has been unnecessarily obstructive. The fact that users must pay to speak with a human—even for account or billing concerns—is unacceptable and not aligned with industry standards. Other platforms provide accessible human support without gatekeeping it behind paid plans. WordPress must do better.
If any proof or documentation is required to process this request, it will be provided. Expecting resolution without delay.
