  i need help with getting a refund on transaction id ch_3T2jEDAEuzoIBr941AYXuCXh I purchased this for $96 and when I log into my wordpress account it does not show in my purchases that I have made the purchase for a paid plan. I cannot get any help with this inside the wordpress profile page. When i use the help feature it says I have a free plan that does not have human support, but again, I have paid for a plan. can someone please help
