  Hello,

  I was recently charged $19.97 for a 10 GB upgrade to my blog that I haven’t used in months. I DO NOT want the additional space, nor do I have any idea when I may have signed up for your ‘convenient’ upgrade. Whatever the case, I want my money refunded now. Once it is refunded, I will remove my credit card information from my profile so I can avoid these charges in the future.
