  i cancelled my subscription but i do not find any link for refund

  Hi there,

  You cancelled the WordPress.com Premium upgrade before the payment was processed. I just confirmed that you weren’t charged for the upgrade. It looks like a payment authorization was done, so you may see a pending payment on your credit card but that should go away soon.
