  why did i not get a full refund? I paid EUR80 and you are refunding only EUR60. Why is this the case?

  Sorry about that! I’m not sure why that happened. I just refunded the remaining EUR20 from the upgrade that you cancelled. If there’s anything more I can do to help, please let me know.
