You must be logged in as Admin under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade(s) at > Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades to disable auto-renew, cancel and get a refund.

Hi Richard,
I’d be happy to help you with this refund, but I don’t see a $99 purchase linked to either richardlaukai or the3edu.
I do see that the3edu owns a domain upgrade for the3edu.com, but there aren’t any other active upgrades on that account. There aren’t any upgrades linked to richardlaukai.
Could you send me a link to the blog with that $99 upgrade? That may help me sort this out for you.

Hi rachelmcr:
Thank you for your help, as you said”I don’t see a $99 purchase linked to either richardlaukai or the3edu”. that is the thing, because I did not see it either.
but $99 has been charged in my credit card
but it seems like I could not upload a copy of receipt.
there is a number in the receipt “8772733049”. Can you use this number to trace something?
Richard

Hi Richard,
I just sent you an email about this, so we can discuss the details about that charge privately. (I sent it to the email address linked to your account the3edu.) You can reply directly to that email, or please let me know here if you don’t get the email from me.

Hi Richard, did you not get the email from me? I sent it to the email address listed in your account settings: https://wordpress.com/settings/account/
You might want to check your spam/junk folder or social & promotions tabs in Gmail if you don’t see the email in your inbox.
