  I would like a uk telephone number to explain my difficulties.
  I made a payment last night which I would like refunded within the specified 48 hrs, but your website says:- 1. I haven’t got a site yet 2. there is no record of a purchase
  Considering the support email hasn’t arrived after the best part of an hour, I want to cancel
