  I had this site specifically for a class. There has been NO traffic to this site in a year(?). How do I get a refund?

  It is possible to request a refund of the Plan under the following conditions:
  WordPress.com two-year or annual plans are refundable within 14 days of purchase or renewal.
  WordPress.com monthly plans are refundable within 7 days of renewal.

  When the refund is available, you can request it directly from the administrative area of the site.
