Hello,
I had remitted a request last week within the appropriate time frame to receive the full refund back for the premium package I had not used. My card was charged and I have not received any email confirmation that the request was acknowledged or in the process of being refunded. Please advise.

I’ve refunded your Business plan. It normally takes around a week for a refund to appear on your bank statement.
