Refund and Cancel Account

  Hi there,

  I’ve had a large transaction come out of my Paypal account my accident for a domain that I don’t want to use/renew. Please can I have a full refund for this £240.

  I can’t seem to access the account in order to make the request there. Possibly because I’ve forgotten the logins. My information is as follows:

  Hopefully this is sufficient information to have my transaction refunded. Please let me know urgently.

  To help you cancel that upgrade and get a refund, you first need to access your other account.

  Since this was a paid upgrade, you can provide us with the transaction ID as proof of ownership so we can restore access to your account.

  Follow these instructions to retrieve that transaction ID:

  and then send it to us through this form:
