    I’m Lee Yuri. Since joining in 2018, many payments have been made in addition to the captured content. I want to get a refund on everything. I forgot that I signed up and never used WordPress.

    Those payments are way over the wordpress.com refund timeframes.
    WordPress.com annual or two-year plans are refundable within 14 days of purchase or renewal.
    WordPress.com monthly plans are refundable within 7 days of purchase or renewal.

    Hi Lee,

    The last payment made on your account was back in July 2020, and it was refunded the same day. There are no other active subscriptions on yxxileeeeee.wordpress.com and no recent charges.
    Are you, perhaps, talking about a different site? If so, that one must have been created under a different account. Can you confirm the address of the site in question?
