refund and unlink paypal account

    Hello,

    I need to be refunded for the 10g of storage that was set to automatically renew. I would also like to unlink my paypal account from the account without adding a new account, but it doesn’t appear to be possible. I followed the link to what should be your automatic refunding page but the link does not work. Please advise.

    Hi Traci,

    I have provided you a full refund for the extra 10GB of space and removed it from your account. Please note that it may take up to a week for the refund to show up in your bank account.

    It looks like you have disabled the auto-renewals on your account, so you will not be charged going forward. Please remember to renew your domain manually if you want to keep it in the future. Once it expires, it can be extremely difficult/costly to bring it back.
