refund bundle question

  I am requesting a refund on my bundle, but the credit card I used just expired, so I have a new one to return funds to. How do I do this? It is the same credit card account.

  Hi there,

  I see that you have a free trial of WordPress.com Premium on your site at truemamareviews.com. Is that the one you want to cancel?

  If so, you haven’t been charged for it yet so you don’t need to worry about a refund. I can cancel it for you now and you won’t be charged at all.

  If you’d like to go ahead and do that, please let me know if you also want to cancel the domain truemamareviews.com. (Canceling a domain means giving up ownership of it completely, and there’s no guarantee you’ll be able to register it again later.) If you want to keep using that domain here or elsewhere, I can cancel the Premium plan and send you a payment request for the domain itself ($26 for the domain registration and private registration) so you can keep using it.
