I would like to get a refund for http://www.bethesprinkle.wordpress.com and cancel my account.
The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open-source WordPress software and it is hosted by Bluehost. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your billing issue.
