REFUND – CANCEL MY INSURANCE

I was charged for insurance on my blog by accident. I did not want the insurance. Can you please refund me the amount you added for insurance? I bought 4 blogs from you (upgrading from FREE to a .com domain. The charge for this should have been $18 per blog (I wanted and believe I asked for no insurance). I still want to blogs as .com blogs and paid $18 per blog to do so. But my credit card bill shows that one payment was for $25. I’m assuming the difference in price was because WordPress accidentally added insurance to my bill? Can you confirm this error? I want you to cancel the insurance and refund the $7. The mistake was made on EITHER artsaveslivesinternational.wordpress.com (now .com), sailingmisssadie.wordpress.com (now .com) OR thebipolarexpresshongkong.wordpress.com. It doesn’t say which one was overcharged on my credit card bill, I’d be grateful if you checked that out and get back to me asap. Many thanks, Sadie

No, the extra isn’t for insurance. What kind of insurance could a blog have? The extra is to make your domain registration Private, in other words people can’t put your domain into a Whois search and find your name, address, and phone number. If you want a refund for the domain privacy upgrade, go to the Upgrades page and just click for a refund.
