  I haven’t received my refund it’s more than 2 weeks now and yes I got the mail regarding refund details and it was specified that I will receive my refund in 7-12 days.

  I can see that the the purchase was made on 8-1-2020 and the refund was processed that same day. Usually this means the refund was issued before the original charge was completed at the bank. So that charge would have simply disappear from the your bank statement without a refund being issued.

  You can contact your financial institution to verify that this is what happened.
