REFUND DOMAIN MAPPING AND

    There hasn’t been a refund on my Credit card. I have asked for these refunds

    ONE on Mon 20th Nov. 2017
    and then
    TWO a request #1030714 on Mar 25th, 2018.

    Could you please explain if the Refund was made? it hasn’t show on my bank statements ever since… I have given you plenty of time.

    Hi there,

    I can see we issued the refunds on November 20, 2017. You can see all the receipts for those refunds here:

    https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

    Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
