Refund for Account

    Hello Word Press

    I am still awaiting my credit for the April 2021 Word Press charge that I canceled.
    I cannot use the account this year due to family illness. Please update me on the status of this refund.

    The charge code to my VISA for the transaction was:

    24011341105000007272288

    This is about the eighth email I have sent trying to complete this refund. Please advise me of whether I need to contact my credit card company to reverse the charges.
