Refund for Annual WordPress Business Plan

  Hello – As we got further into the process, we realized that the plan we selected was not ideal for what we’re trying to achieve. I know it is past the window of when I downgraded, but is it possible to get a partial refund? Please advise. Thank you in advance.

  The plan is too far past our refund window for us to be be able to issue a refund for it: https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/

  If you’d like though, I can restore it to your account for the duration of the plan.
