Refund for Canceled Domain

  I canceled my domain and requested a refund for the $13 payment within 30 days of the renewal. There is nothing listed on the purchases tab so does this mean I correctly canceled? However, it has been over 7 days since I made the request and I still have not received a refund.

  I am not sure what happened here, but the refund was somehow not processed the first time around. My apologies for that.

  I have manually processed the refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
