Refund for canceled domain mapping never came

  Dear WordPress

  I was charged my annual domain mapping fee for ConstructionCarpenter.com. However, that business has closed and I took the site down. I initiated the WordPress refund for domain mapping of ConstructionCarpenter.com on June 20th as per the instructions by WordPress. I see the charge on my credit card bill for the domain mapping fee, but I do not see the refund. Can you help me acquire the refund?

  Hi John,

  Sorry about that! It looks like that payment was added as credit on your account instead of being refunded. I just issued you a full refund for that domain mapping subscription. (Please note it can sometimes take about 10 days for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.)
