Refund for canceling domain

    Hello,
    I canceled the plan after it was automatically renewed and I received back only 73 $. After that, I canceled the domain, but I didn’t get the 26$ refunded. Why is that?

    Hi there,

    This is because automatic domain refunds only happen in the first 48 hours after a domain is first registered. On our Refunds support page we say to contact support instead if you need a renewal refunded.

    I have now refunded the domain-portion of your plan as well. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
