refund for cancelling pending domain transfer

    Hi! I had purchased the Premium plan including domain transfer. After trying things out, I realized it doesn’t really suit my needs and I cancelled the same day. $78 of the $96 refunded right away, but it didn’t say anything about the $18 for the pending domain transfer, which I cancelled also. Will I get that $18 as well? Thank you!

    I see the transfer was never completed, so I have issued a refund for that $18.
