Refund for closed account(s)
-
I have closed my accounts with you because it was too complicated for me to operate. the most recent part of the program was the upgrade for $72. That amount WordPress has refunded to me through my credit company, Capital One. I also closed the renewed subscription back at the first of April for $48. According to WordPress that amount was refunded to my credit account, however, I spoke with Capital One and that amount was not received by them. Will you please refund that amount to my credit account again? Also, the $18 for domain was never returned. Can that amount be credited to me also?

Howdy –
The $48 was actually the first refund we sent back. It was sent on 2019-04-07.
As for the domain, twhitehawk.com, do you have any plans to ever use it again? Once we cancel the domain you could permanently lose ownership of it. The cancellation process should be considered permanent.
We discourage cancellation if there’s any chance you’ll want to use the domain again. It doesn’t have to be used with us. You can use it anywhere. We just don’t want you to lose ownership or for a squatter to pick it up. Write back to let me know how you want to proceed with the domain.
Domain renewals are only refundable for 48 hours. twhitehawk.com was renewed on April 4th and cancelled on April 25th.
