Refund for credit

    We need to refund a theme we bought recently, we thought it would work for us at first, but that is no longer the case. I do not want to stop using WordPress, I just want a new theme. I would refund it the normal way, but we were reimbursed for the purchase. If I cannot get in store credit I will have to a bunch of paperwork and change services. Which I do not necessarily want to do because I like WordPress.

    Hi there,

    What I have done is provided you with a credit of $69 so that you can purchase a different theme. When going through checkout, you should be able to see the credit on your account. I have removed the other theme from your account.
