Refund for domain mapping

    Dear WordPress,

    My blog has been unused for months due to staff and time issues, and suddenly today I received an email from Paypal charging me $13 for domain mapping for the website.

    I do not remember asking or authorising such a payment and so if I could have a refund as soon as possible that would be fantastic because I have very little money at the moment and cannot afford such a transaction.

    Thank you for your help. If anyone can tell me how to get a refund or can give me one directly that’d be fantastic.
